Between 2012 and 2021, Jennifer Soto led a Kissimmee, Florida, government agency as chief operating officer. In this position, she was tasked with the management of a $13 million budget while also overseeing all day-to-day activities within her department. She also served in areas of policy development, organizational strategy, human resources, and compliance. Prior to this, Jennifer Soto served as the director of financial aid at Florida Technical College, also located in Kissimmee, Florida. During her time at the college, she gained experience communicating with the heads of other departments, including engaging with the school’s office of admissions, human resources department, and student account services.

Ms. Soto graduated from the Interboro Institute with her associate of science in paralegal studies in 2004. She continued her education by enrolling in a business administration undergraduate program at Valencia College in Kissimmee. When she is not pursuing her bachelor of science degree, a few of her personal interests include spending time with family and pursuing interior design projects. She is also a supporter of philanthropic organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.
